1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
